New product launches at AOC OSLO 2024!

Promarine introduces new products at AOC OSLO 2024 designed to protect communication systems against co-site interference in dense antenna and high-power transmitter environments!

Rolling out throughout 2024, these innovations will complement the tactical radio series with band-pass and low-pass filters. Adding to the acclaimed proFIL2012 low-pass filter, renowned for its 30-88MHz tactical VHF radios range with over 100dB stopband, are several new offerings:

💥 A band-pass filter optimized for HF radios, operating in the 2-30MHz range.
💥 A band-pass filter optimized for maritime VHF, operating between 150-170MHz.
💥 A specialized band-pass filter servicing tactical UHF within the 225-400MHz range.

The flagship product of this series is a dual band-pass filter, featuring a combined diplexer and two distinct pass bands for 30-88MHz and 225-400MHz. This makes it ideal for the state-of-the-art SDR-based tactical radios that have wide-band antenna ports but not suitable wide-band antennas.

The use of low-pass, band-pass, and even duplex/diplex filters helps to avoid the transmission of unwanted spurious or harmonic signals that are typically generated inside the transmitter itself. The advantage can be a significantly reduced electromagnetic signature. On the other hand, the risk of nearby receiver front-end overload is also reduced. Secondary advantages include a reduced number of passive intermodulation products, and ultimately, the overall communications efficiency is greatly improved.
