4. Rekisterin käyttötarkoitus
Uutiskirjeiden toimittaminen
Lainsäädännössä tarkoitettujen markkinointikieltojen toteuttaminen
Käsittely perustuu asiakassuhteen hoitamiseen, rekisteröidyn suostumukseen tai rekisterinpitäjän oikeutettujen etujen toteuttamiseksi.
5. Rekisterin tietosisältö
Rekisterissä käsitellään rekisterin käyttötarkoituksen mukaisia tarpeellisia tietoja:
Yhteystiedot: nimi, osoite, sähköposti, puhelinnumero
Yrityksen tiedot: nimi, yhteystiedot, markkinasegmentti, asema
Kiinnostuksen kohteet ja käyttäytyminen rekisterinpitäjän www-sivustoilla ja palveluissa
Muut asiakkaan itse antamat tiedot
Henkilön käyttämään laitteeseen liittyvät tiedot: mm. päätelaite, IP-osoite, käyttöjärjestelmä ja selain
6. Tietolähteet
Henkilötietoja kerätään rekisteröidyltä itseltään yhteydenottojen, tilausten, messujen, tapahtumien, kampanjoiden, palautteiden ja uutiskirjetilauksien yhteydessä. Evästeillä kerätään lisäksi tietoa verkkosivustojen käytöstä.
Henkilötietoja kerätään Promarinen yhteistyökumppaneilta, joita ovat Promarinen tuotteiden markkinointipaikat verkossa, alueelliset edustajat sekä tuotteiden toimittajat.
Henkilötietoja kerätään muista yleisesti saatavilla olevista lähteistä, kuten sosiaalinen media, lehdet ja uutiset.
7. Tietojen luovutus ja siirto
Tietoja ei luovuteta ilman rekisteröidyn lupaa muuten kuin lain sallimissa ja velvoittamissa rajoissa tai viranomaisten vaatimusten edellyttämällä tavalla.
Rekisterin käyttötarkoituksen mukaisien tehtävien hoitoon voidaan käyttää alihankkijoita ja tietoja voidaan siirtää EU-/ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle, jos se on palvelun toteuttamisen vuoksi tarpeellista. Tällöin rekisterinpitäjä huolehtii sopimuksin lainsäädännön edellyttämällä tavalla tietosuojan riittävästä tasosta.
Jaamme henkilötietojasi myös muille yrityksille (niin kutsutuille tietojen käsittelijöille) jos tilaamasi palvelut sitä edellyttävät. Nämä voivat olla esimerkiksi puhelinpalvelujamme tarjoavia palveluntarjoajia sekä muita toimittajia jotka käsittelevät henkilötietojasi toimittaessaan palveluja. Joissain tapauksissa näiden ulkoisten palveluntarjoajien rooli on rekisterinpitäjä henkilötietojen käsittelijän sijaan, esimerkiksi kuljetuspalveluja tarjoavan PostNordin kohdalla.
8. Tietojen säilytysaika
Rekisterinpitäjä säilyttää tietoja vain niin kauan, kun on tarpeen rekisterin käyttötarkoituksen kannalta.
9. Rekisterin suojaus
Tietokannat, joihin tietoja tallennetaan, ovat teknisesti ja fyysisesti suojattu, siten ettei ulkopuolella ole niihin pääsyä. Pääsy tietoihin on vain niillä, joilla se on tarpeen työtehtävien hoitamiseksi.
10. Tarkastus- ja korjausoikeus, sekä oikeus tietojen poistamiseen
Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus milloin tahansa perua uutiskirjetilauksensa.
Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus tarkastaa, mitä tietoja hänestä rekisteriin on talletettu, oikeus vaatia virheellisen henkilötiedon korjaamista ja oikeus saada tietonsa poistetuksi rekisteristä.
Tarkastus-, korjaus- tai poistopyyntö tulee lähettää kirjallisesti ja allekirjoitettuna rekisteriasioista vastaavalle henkilölle.
11. Siirto- ja kielto-oikeus
Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus saada häntä koskevat henkilötiedot, jotka hän on toimittanut rekisterinpitäjälle, jäsennellyssä, yleisesti käytetyssä ja koneellisesti luettavassa muodossa, jos käsittely perustuu suostumukseen tai sopimukseen, ja käsittely suoritetaan automaattisesti.
Rekisteröidyllä EU:n tietosuoja-asetuksen 18 artiklan mukainen oikeus tietojen käsittelyn rajoittamiseen.
Siirto- ja kielto-oikeus astuvat voimaan 25.5.2018.
12. Tietosuojaselosteen muuttaminen
Rekisterinpitäjä pidättää oikeuden päivittää ja muuttaa tietosuojaselostetta. Lainsäädännön niin vaatiessa ilmoitamme siitä rekisteröidyille.

4. The purpose of the registry
To deliver Promarine’s newsletters and other marketing purposes.
5. Description of the group of data subjects and the data related to them
In the registry we collect and process relevant information necessary for the purpose of registry.
Contact information: name, address, email, telephone
Organisation information; Company name, position/title, market segmentation, contact information.
Points of interest and behaviour at promarine’s website or partner’s websites.
Other information submitted by the person him/herself.
Browsing related information based on the cliend and device of person, like device, IP-address, operating system and browser.
6. Data sources
Personal information is collected by registrants itself based on contacting, information requests, received orders, feedback, visiting exhibition stand, events and newsletter subscriptions. Cookies can also be used to collect website usage behavior and information.
Personal information is collected through Promarine’s partners, which are marketing portals, dealers and distributors and product suppliers.
Personal information is also collected from other publicly available sources such as social media, newspapers and news.
7. Data disclosure and transfer to non EU/EEC countries
The data can be disclosed to Promarine’s partners, dealers and distributors by registrants written approval or if law and regulations forces to do so.
Promarine can use also non EU/EEC subcontractors and third-party providers to process data in register if it is necessary for the purpose of register. In this case Promarine will assure that necessary data protection level and measures are taken and partners will comply with GDPR.
We also may share your personal information with other companies (so-called data processors) if the services you order require it. These may include service providers that provide our telephone services, as well as other vendors that process your personal information when providing services. In some cases, the role of these external service providers is that of a controller rather than a processor, such as PostNord, a transport service provider.
8. Data storage time
Promarine will store the data in register only as long as it is necessary for the purpose of registry.
9. Data protection
Databases, which are used to store the data of register are technically and physically protected to such level that no-one from outside Promarine can access them. The access to the data is granted to only those to whom it is necessary to access in order to complete their task and duties.
10. Right to check, correct and remove the personal data in register
The registrant can whenever unsubscribe his/her newsletter subscription.
The registrant has right to check which personal information has been stored in to the register, right to request correction to the faulty personal information and right to be removed from the register permanently.
The request to check/correct/update or remove have to be sent in written and signed to contact person.
11. Right to restriction of processing
The registrant has the right to obtain and access personal data from Promarine according to Art 15 GDPR.
The registrant has the right to obtain restriction of processing from Promarine according to Art 18 GDPR.
Right to restriction and transfer is valid from 25.5.2018.
12. Change of this registry description
Promarine reserves the right to change the description of this registry. In case it is required by the law we will notify that to registrants.
